Emails to be Returned and Feds Sieze City Computers

This keeps getting better and better.

First, a Civil District judge ordered activist lawyer Tracie Washington to return all the emails given to her from sanitation head Victoria White. The judge says his staff will examine the emails for sensitive information.  That would have been done had Washington honored the original FOIA request instead of having White and city IT head Anthony Jones get involved.

This isn’t over by a longshot.  Federal investigators have siezed city computers in regards to the email release.  If the feds are involved, all of us in NOLA knows what that means.  That’s right, US Attorney Jim Letten will be involved. The confederacy of dunces at city hall should be worried.

This smells of conspiracy, even though I’m not the type to believe in conspiracies.  I fully believe that Mayor Nagin, Coucilwoman Cynthia Hedge-Morrell, and Veronica White are working with local moonbats like Washington and Malcom Suber to get rid of Stacy Head.  Head’s been the loudest on waste in the city and I have a feeling Nagin has something to hide.  Instead they are using a smear campagin to paint Head as a racist to either have her recalled or intimidate her into not running for reelection.

I’m waiting for the day Ray Nagin is perp walked from city hall.

UPDATE:  According to the Times-Picayune, the computers siezed by the FBI were a laptop and office PC of Veronica White.
