Bill O’Reilly is literally wiping the floor with Keith Olberman in the ratings, with nearly a ratio of 3:1. Even when his show is rerun, he garners more viewers than Rachel Maddow. Mississippi native Shep Smith is beating Chris Mathews and his tingly leg pretty easily. None of the liberal shows on MSNBC, which is the polar oppisite of Fox News, are getting decent ratings. Even CNN, which is less liberal but still left of center has more viewers than MSNBC.
Same goes for liberal newspapers: the New York Times has had to layoff staff and borrow money against the building they’re in to stay afloat. The LA Times parent company, the Tribune Co. in Chicago is in bankrupcy. Many other newspapers face the same fate.
Maybe its not just the recession but maybe people are sick and tired of the liberal bias in the media and want honest, non-biased, staight news.
